Women in Otorhinolaryngolgy in Nigeria

Abstract: <p class="abstract"><strong>Background:</strong> Surgery has a predominantly male-dominated population, especially in Otolaryngology. Efforts have been made worldwide to improve gender equality in medicine, including Otolaryngology.
