According to researchers, the transition of all students from primary to secondary education represents a passage, a challenging change, but also an opportunity for change with consequences for the student's cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial areas of development. This transition also happens to coincide with the person's critical developmental stage, the start of adolescence. The issue is tackled from a multidisciplinary perspective and affects a large number of teachers, parents, psychologists, specialist educators, and most importantly the kids themselves. This study conducts a bibliographic assessment of the literature on the transitions of individuals with special educational needs, the challenges they encounter, and the contribution of ICT to a successful transfer. from the general or special school units of Primary Education in the comparable secondary school units Education.

Young mothers face various obstacles in the labour market due to lack of skills in job search techniques, unpaid domestic labour responsibilities and, in developing countries, social isolation and restrictions. Business training programs targeting young mothers must be demand-driven and linked with private sector labour demands. In addition, life skills training programs aiming at work and life balance combined with the provision of childcare, are measures that if taken, can enhance young mothers’ entrepreneurship. Except for entrepreneurial program curricula, special attention should be given to the dissemination and implementation methods of lifelong learning programs in order to be able to reach young mothers where they are.

In recent years, the notions of artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence have grown in popularity in the relevant literature. The development of technology, particularly in the area of artificial intelligence, has made it possible to examine the numerous facets of human emotional behaviour in new and powerful ways. This article constitutes a narrative review in which we try to investigate the causal connection between emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence by using the most recently studies as well as studies from the last decade. It aims to determine whether AI systems possess several intelligence types similar to those seen in humans and whether these types can elicit various emotions in individuals. For this purpose we abstract the denotation of Emotional and Artificial intelligence at first and display the main human intelligence types such as the artificial types as well, according to the scientists. Thus, we exhibit the disciplines and the ways that these two intelligence areas are affected and how AI could be more useful for individual’s lifelong progress.
