Women's Leadership: Young Men's Expectations of Female Leaders

Abstract: Interviews with twenty pre-professional millennial men revealed that while many young men have experienced a maledominated home life in their youth, their experiences in college and early work have led most to believe that in their professional careers female authority figures will be a normal and accepted part of work.
