The self-determination disposition is closely linked to freedom of choice, a sense of control, and intrinsic motivation which have been shown to be major properties of leisure (e.g., Freysinger and Flannery, 1992;Iso-Ahola, 1980;Weissinger and Bandalos, 1995).
