“…Chemically Oenothein B and woodfordin A, B, and C (Yoshida et al, 1990), Isoschimacoalin-A and five oligomers-woofordin E, F, G, H, I were reported from dried flowers (Kuramochi-Motegi et al, 1992). Quercetin-3-O-(6 -galloyl)-␤-d-galactopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-(6 -galloyl)-␤-d-glucopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-␣-l-arabinoside, quercetin-3-O-oxylopyranoside, myricetin-3-O-6 -O-galloyl)-␤-d-galactopyranoside and myricetin-3-Oarbinopyranoside were isolated from dried flowers and their structures elucidated (Das et al, 2007).
