Abstract:Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word of Mouth (WOM) terhadap pembelian konsumen CV. Arto Jaya Abadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskritif kuntitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan kuesioner.
