Working conditions according to Brazilian and Chinese labor laws: A systematic review

Abstract: This study aims to analyze working conditions according to Brazilian and Chinese labor laws. A systematic literature review was made through the Methodi Ordinatio method, researching papers in Emerald, PubMed, SciELO, Science Direct, Scopus and Web of Science databases in terms of the corporate code of conduct, labor legislation, working conditions, labor laws, Brazil and China descriptors, considering 94 papers for the final analysis, within which 42 are related to Brazilian working conditions and 52 to Chine… Show more
