Working With a Board-Certified Mentor in the Specialty

Abstract: This chapter discusses working with a board-certified mentor in the speciality. Having a mentor is notessential, but is something that many candidates find helpful. The chapter suggests strategies for finding a mentor, and presents guidelines for effective mentoring.
