The year-long clinical internship is important for undergraduate nursing students who are completing their four years of university study. It gives them an opportunity to work and practice the tasks assigned to them by different units and departments. To ensure that nursing students have a positive working environment, it is essential to examine the impact of support from both university faculty and hospital staff on nursing intern satisfaction. To assess this, cross-sectional surveys were distributed to nursing interns after they completed their internships. Researchers collected descriptive data and looked for correlations, later creating a model designed to measure direct or indirect impacts of faculty and hospital support on nursing intern satisfaction. This analysis, along with a regression model with goodness-of-fit test, was calculated using SPSS version 24 and AMOS version 24. In total, 138 students responded to the questionnaire. The majority of the participants were female, with 88 participants (63.8%), while only 50 males (36.2%) participated. Analysis showed a strong correlation between hospital support for nursing interns and interns' perception of a positive working environment, as well as a good correlation between positive working environment and overall nursing intern satisfaction. On the other hand, weak correlations show that university faculty had little perceived impact on whether or not nursing interns felt they worked in a positive environment. The study also confirmed that the hospital setting has impact significant on clinical positive environment. Knowing about what satisfies nursing interns helps nursing educators to devise internship programs that will improve the process for future cohorts.

A synthesis of literature studies covering the determinants of agile project management methods, risk management processes as well as factors influencing the shaping of project success and failure clearly indicates that in most publications on risk in agile managed projects, the human factor is heavily underestimated at the expense of often excessive favoring of procedures. Meanwhile, after analyzing the risk factors that arise in agile-managed IT projects, it became apparent that in addition to aspects such as technology, hardware, system, or even project schedule and cost, the project team is highlighted, which is also the second concept with the GPM P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management. Thus, the purpose of this article is to develop a model for risk management in IT projects. As a result of the empirical research carried out by means of an expert interview (108 experts) and a questionnaire survey (123 respondents), a risk management model was developed and six original risk management areas were identified, describing 73.92% of all risk factors that may occur during the implementation of an IT project. Furthermore, empirical studies confirm that basic processes such as risk factor identification, impact assessment, and key risk factor management are used by managers and/or team leaders during the implementation of IT projects.

Objetivo: Revisar que aprendizaje automático está transformando la forma que las grandes empresas desarrollan las relaciones con sus clientes, diseñan sus productos y gestionan los recursos humanos. Lo anterior como resultado de una transformación digital que consecuentemente generará ventajas competitivas para aquellas empresas que rápidamente puedan adaptar sus estrategias de negocios a los últimos desarrollos tecnológicos. Sin embargo, está demostrado que las PYMES acogen lentamente las innovaciones tecnológicas, asumiendo de esta forma un riesgo de perder las oportunidades que el Aprendizaje Automático les ofrece. Resultados y Conclusiones: Se identificaron y describieron las oportunidades que el Aprendizaje Automático ofrece a las PYMES, relacionando las dimensiones de negocio y tecnología. En primer lugar, se desarrolla una revisión de literatura. Después, se describe en detalle las diferentes perspectivas en las cuales la adopción de un proceso de toma de decisiones mejorado conlleva a un mejoramiento del desempeño organizacional. Finalmente se dan recomendaciones para el desarrollo de procesos de toma decisiones basados en Aprendizaje Automático.
