Wrinkles in a CSR story: mismatched agendas in fast fashion service brands' CSR reputation

Abstract: PurposeCorporate social responsibility (CSR) is an increasingly important issue for service brands in fast fashion retailing, as consumers' negative impressions about retailers' CSR activities influence brand experience.
