Współpraca transgraniczna: motywacje, procesy i ograniczenia. Doświadczenia polsko-rosyjskiej współpracy transgranicznej

Abstract: W opracowaniu dokonano analizy polsko-rosyjskiej współpracy transgranicznej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem motywacji, procesów i ograniczeń, jakie towarzyszą rozwojowi tej współpracy. Zawiera ono podstawowe informacje na temat istoty, form i kształtowania się współpracy transgranicznej, a także przesłanki i uwarunkowania rozwoju polsko-rosyjskiej współpracy transgranicznej oraz instrumenty finansowego wsparcia.
