Wykorzystanie zasobów kosmicznych Unii Europejskiej dla realizacji celów Wspólnej Polityki Bezpieczeństwa i Obrony

Abstract: Unia Europejska jako aktor globalny, nie tylko rozszerza podmiotowo swoje dzia-³ania zewnêtrzne, ale tak¿e nieustannie wzbogaca swoje instrumentarium.
