Abstract:Cadmium sulfide (CdS) doped with different concentrations of Ni (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 %) nanoparticles have been synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies confirm the crystalline nature of Ni doped CdS nanoparticles had a hexagonal wurtzite structure. Williamson-Hall (W–H), Size-Strain Plot (SSP), and Halder-Wagner (H–W) methods have been used to investigate the average particle size, lattice strain, stress, and energy density from the XRD peak broadening analysis. In W–H m… Show more
In this study, through the utilization of the sol–gel combustion tactic, gadolinium (Gd)-doped cerium oxide (CeO2), Ce1−xGdxO2 (x = 0.00, 0.10, 0.20 and 0.30 (GDC)) ceramics were attained.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
