During the years 2006 to 2009, Rare Isotope Spectroscopic INvestigations at GSI (RISING) have focused on high-resolution γ-ray spectroscopy of exotic nuclear species at rest: following unambiguous discrimination and identification by the FRagment Separator (FRS) and its suite of detectors, the nuclei of interest were implanted in either a passive stopper or a stack of silicon detectors to allow for measurements of delayed ion-γ(γ) or ion-β-γ(γ) correlations. Results concerning experiments along the N ∼ Z line are summarised.
