Yerel Yiyecek Tüketiminde Gıda Korkusu ve Kültürün Moderatör Etkisi: Yabancı Turistler Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract: Öz: Turistler tatil için gittikleri bölgelerde yerel yiyecek tüketmeyi tercih etmektedir. Bu nedenle turistlerin bölge ile ilgili hatıralarında olumlu/olumsuz bir imajın oluşumunda yerel yiyecekler oldukça önemlidir.
