Z Kuşağında Algılanan Liderlik Tarzlarının Takım Performansı Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract: Dünya genelinde aynı yıllar arasında doğan, yaşadıkları dönemin ekonomik ve sosyal hareketleri ve koşulları nedeniyle benzer sıkıntıları ve süreçleri yaşamış kişi toplulukları kuşak (jenerasyon) olarak adlandırılmaktadır.
