The information generated by the hate spread of accounts on social media after the 2019 presidential election is increasingly widespread even though the political contestation has ended. The emergence of warring political accounts on social media continues to this day. This study aims to analyze accounts that act as actors who spread hate speech issues on social media, especially on Facebook and Instagram. The method used is netnography. The results of the study show that, first, there is a network of actors who control accounts on social media. Second, the discovery of groups of accounts that act as actors, namely the Counter-Government Actor Group and the Pro Actor Group. Therefore, it can be concluded that this war on social media uses an offensive pattern that is used as a way of self-defense.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keterlibatan peran aktor internasional non negara dalam gerakakan social movement yang berkaitan dengan isu lingkungan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan analysis social networking untuk melihat pola komunikasi dalam #Tolak PLTU Batang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan fitur Ncapture pada NVivo 12 Plus dengan mengcapture beberapa user Twitter dengan peringkat tertinggi. Analysis Data dengan menggunakan fitur Cluster Analysis pada NVivo 12 Plus untuk melihat correlation antara pengguna Twitter User teratas dalam pola komunikasi #TolakPLTUBatang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat beberpa akun bodong yang terlibat dalam jejaring pola komunikasi sosial dalam #TolakPLTUBatang yang ternyata memiliki pola relasi dengan komunitas GreenpeaceID. Sebagai komunitas lingkungan yang menjadi aktor terdepan gerakan social movement penolakan pembangunan PLTU Batang penggiringan opini publik menggunakan beberapa akun bodong untuk kemudian semakin membuat masyarakat tergiring dalam gerakan social movement tersebut. Dapat dilihat dalam jejaring sosial tersebut bahwa 50% lebih pengguna user Twitter peringkat teratas merupakan akun bodong. Oleh sebab itu, aktivititas cyber activism melalui pemberian informasi yang menyangkut isu global seperti isu lingkungan mejadi alasan para internasional aktor non negara ini ikut terlibat dalam menyuarakan isu tersebut.
