Zur elektrischen Leitf�higkeit aufgedampfter Bleiselenidschichten

Abstract: Measurements are described, which show the variation of conductance versus temperature of evaporated layers of leadselenide in presence of low partial pressures of selenium. The interaction between the selenium vapor and the leadselenide film is revealed by the reversible dependence of conductance on temperature and partial pressure of selenium.
