Zur Synthese der Carbäthoxyalkyl‐phosphine

Abstract

In einer friiheren Mitteilung2) berichteten wir iiber die Darstellung von Carboxyphosphinen, die aus o-Halogen-carbondure-athylestern und Alkali-phosphiden und anschliedender alkalischer Verseifung entstanden waren. Diese Reaktionen verliefen jedoch nur bei Verwendung von Natrium-bzw. Kalium-diphenylphosphid unter Substitution des Halogens durch den ,,Diphenylphosphidrest" (CjH5)2P-einheitlich. Bei den Umsetzungen des Lithium-diathyl-bzw. dicyclohexyl-phosphids mit Halogencarbonsaure-athylestern wurde einmal ein Metall-Halogen-Austausch, der auch fur die Reaktion des KP(GH& mit CH~.CH~-CH(B~).CO~QHS zutraf, zum anderen eine Wechselwirkung mit der Estergruppe beobachtet. Um dennoch zu den aliphatischen und cycloaliphatischen Vertretern der Carboxyalkyl-phosphine zu gelangen, schien angesichts der leichten Bildung verschiedenartiger quartiirer Carbalkoxyphosphoniumsalze3-7) aus tert. Phosphinen und Halogen-carbonsaureestem der Einsatz sek. Phosphine bei analoger Umsetzung und anschlieknder Abspaltung von Halogenwasserstoff erfolgversprechend.
