Zusammenhänge zwischen Arbeitsanforderungen und -ressourcen für Lernen, Selbstregulation und Flexibilität mit Indikatoren der Selbstverwirklichung bei qualifizierter Arbeit

Abstract: ZusammenfassungEffekte neuartiger Arbeitsanforderungen und auf diese abgestimmte Ressourcen zur Selbstverwirklichung in der Arbeit werden zu zwei verbundenen Messzeitpunkten (T1-T2: 1 Monat) in einer Gelegenheitsstichprobe von N = 732 überwiegend hoch qualifizierten Erwerbstätigen untersucht.
