Abstract: Zusammenfassung: Durch demografische Wandlungsprozesse verändern sich Bevölkerungs-strukturen und mit ihr auch die potenziellen Teilnehmendenstrukturen für Bildungsanbieter. In der Erwachsenenbildung wird darauf mit der Entwicklung von speziellen Angeboten für ältere Teilnehmende sowie mit der Konzeption intergenerationeller Lernangebote für verschiedene Generationen reagiert.
