α-/γ-Taxilin are required for centriolar subdistal appendage assembly and microtubule organization

Abstract: The centrosome, composed of a pair of centrioles (mother and daughter centrioles) and pericentriolar material, is mainly responsible for microtubule nucleation and anchorage in animal cells.
