“…BAP salt was synthesized by taking AR-grade β-alanine and picric acid in the equimolar ratio. Then, the calculated amounts of reactants were dissolved in double distilled water and stirred well using a magnetic stirrer for about 2 h. The solution was heated at 70 °C until the synthesized salt of BAP was obtained [20]. The obtained salt was re-crystallized twice to improve the purity of the synthesized salt.…”
