The article discusses the art therapy potential of watercolor as a fundamental painting technique within the framework of the special course "Technologies of Painting Materials", which is included in the mandatory educational disciplines for students of the specialty 014.12 Secondary Education (Fine Arts) at the Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University.
