Kovalenko and Lytvyn [282] demonstrated that citicoline treatment in patients with hypertensive dyscirculatory encephalopathy and concomitant hypothyroidism significantly improves the performance of brain electrogenesis. Putignano et al published the VITA study [283], a study performed to assess the efficacy of citicoline in elderly patients suffering from stupor related to complex geriatric syndrome, showing that there was an improvement in key measures of performance after the treatment.…”
