Introduction. Currently, the key tasks of education are associated with successful socialization, the development of the personal maturity of the younger generation. At the same time, the socio-cultural transformations of modernity lead to a change in the ways and models of growing-up of schoolchildren. Despite the considerable interest of researchers in this problem, there are practically no works revealing the variable nature of the ways of growing-up of modern adolescents, reflected through their autobiographical ideas about the future. The purpose of the study is to identify the main structural and substantive characteristics of the trajectories of growing-up, reflected in the psychological autobiography of modern schoolchildren, and to determine their gender specificity. Materials and Methods. To look into the problem, an empirical study was conducted, in which 1 031 people took part – teenagers aged 12 to 17 years. Empirical data was collected by means of a modified version of the method “Psychological Autobiography” by E. Y. Korzhova. Mathematical and statistical analysis of the results was carried out by means of a one-factor analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis using the Pearson linear correlation coefficient. Results. In general, the subjective time perspective of adolescents is characterized by a large time span, positive emotional coloring. Based on the results of correlation analysis, the main trajectories of growing-up of modern adolescents are determined. The gender specificity in the structural organization and the content of ideas about the future is revealed. For young men, the trajectories of growing-up associated with independence, a variety of impressions, material success, social recognition, creativity, entertainment, and the development of their inner world are more characteristic. Girls are focused on satisfaction with the process of life, communication, integration of spheres of life. Discussion and Conclusion. The conclusions made by the authors contribute to the development of modern scientific ideas about the variable and nonlinear character of building a life perspective in the younger generation. The results of the study can be used to build programs of psychological and pedagogical support of the processes of growing up and socialization in the conditions of modern society.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of “independence”, “adaptation” and “socialization”, as well as to the identification of definitions of the need for post-institutional patronage of persons from among orphans and children left without parental care in normative legal acts and the formulation of conclusions about the criteria of need, taking into account the regional aspect. The article uses a comprehensive approach, including an analysis of theoretical sources, regulations of the Russian Federation and Moscow, as well as the practical experience of specialists. As a result of the study, it was found that “independence” is defined as a generalized personality quality manifested in initiative and responsibility for one’s actions, “adaptation” is considered as an individual’s ability to assimilate the requirements of the environment, whereas “socialization” is understood as the assimilation of social roles and norms. The analysis showed important dynamic aspects of socialization, including the dependence of its success on external factors and the compliance of social skills with age requirements. The article substantiates the introduction of the concept of “desocialization” and criteria for identifying the risk of desocialization in the context of determining the need for post-institutional patronage of this category of citizens.

The article examines the socio-demographic indicators of professional groups of medical workers, some factors of job satisfaction. Purpose of the study - socio-demographic characteristics of medical personnel in obstetric institutions for the further development of scientifically based recommendations on the formation of health-preserving behavior. The research was carried out by means of anonymous questionnaires on the basis of obstetric institutions of the second and third levels. Ryazan, Kolomna, Lipetsk, Smolensk. The study involved doctors (obstetricians-gynecologists, neonatologists) and nurses (midwives, anesthetics nurses, ward nurses). The study showed that about half of the respondents in medical professions, one tenth in the professional groups of nursing staff belong to the age category under 30 years old. The age group of 30-39 years is represented by doctors and mid-level medical personnel in almost equal proportions. In the age group 40 years and older, representatives of the nursing professions prevail. A significant part of the respondents are medical professions, have work experience in their specialty from 5 to 9 years; representatives of nursing professions, mainly, have work experience of 10-14 years and more than 15 years. In the families of nursing staff (nurse anesthetists and ward nurses), one can note dissatisfaction and incomplete satisfaction with the level of wages and lack of confidence in the future. The revealed dissatisfaction with work can lead to a decrease in motivation to perform professional duties. Socio-demographic characteristics are basic and serve as the basis for further hygienic and statistical studies, identifying correlations between unfavorable hygienic factors (physical inactivity, prolonged static load, local overstrain of certain muscle groups, exposure to physical, chemical and biological factors, psychoemotional and informational stress).
