Abstract:The article analyzes the genre features of selected Polish-language political prose from the Baroque period. It examines works of Tomasz Młodzianowski, Szymon Starowolski, Łukasz Opaliński, Eugeniusz Galiatowski, Melecjusz Smotrycki and other writers of that time.
