Abstract: Роль холинергического дефицита в патогенезе психоневрологических заболеваний Резюме. Сделан обзор литературы, посвященной роли дисфункции холинергической системы в формировании различной патологии центральной нервной системы. Представлены данные о патогенетических механизмах нарушений сознания и когнитивных дисфункций. Описаны современные подходы к коррекции холинергической недостаточности.
