Термоэдс Наноразмерных Пленок Переходных Металлов

Abstract: We study the thermoelectric coefficient of island transition metal films as a function of temperature and film thickness. We show that the thermoelectric coefficient value is determined by the properties of the film metal element and is different for different metals at dimensionless conductance value g>1 and g<1.
