The statistic proposes the analytical provisions and the experimental results of the throughput capacity of the threshing apparatus of grain harvesters, from the capacity of straw, grain, straw content, blockage of design characteristics. The threshing capacity is most significantly affected by weediness due to humidity, with a relative weediness of 0.05 bread weight, the capacity of the threshing machine is reduced by 2.5%, and with 50% weed by 16%. Loading of the threshing machine determines the productivity of the combine and fuel efficiency due to fuel consumption for harvesting 1 hectare, as well as threshing 1 ton of crop. The power of the combine engine is designed to perform work in extrem econditions, as a result, the average loadis 2/3 of full. During the operation of the combines, the time is only 45…50% of the total operating time of the engine. Underemployment of the engine leads to overconsumption of fuel. So, if the SMD-21M diesel at full operational power of 103 kW consumes fuel of 0.24 kg on 1 kW for an hour, at loading on 50% 51 kW s. specific fuel consumption increases by 41 g/kWh, or 17%, which corresponds to fuel consumption 2.1 kg/year.
The article reveals conceptual principles of creating technology for designing transport and logistics schemes for harvesting, reloading and transportation of grain crops with their flexible adaptation to specific agronomic, technical, natural production, economic and numerous conditions during their harvest. The authors presented the results of system-analytical studies of problem, which formed practical consulting document, which allows the offender in specific conditions to determine choice of optimal transport and logistics schemes for harvesting and transporting crops to granaries. The concept of developing such a document for synthesis of logistics technologies for harvesting and transporting grain involves three stages. The authors described the technology to achieve the result, which does not require without great need to conduct complex, long-term and costly field experiments. In addition, the article made it clear that this approach should be used to solve complex problems, to implement intelligent projects of high complexity. The problem posed in article undoubtedly belongs to this class of problems. The main emphasis is placed on conceptual nature of work and at least the results of first stage of inductive technologies of system information-analytical research are given. The authors, based on complexity and significant lack of initial information base, planned to implement the project on inductive technology.
power tools that are used in various industries have power take-off drives for aggregating various machines and mechanisms. In the agro-industrial complex, one of the most common power tools are tractors manufactured by the Minsk Tractor Plant. The drive of power take-off in these tractors is carried out at the expense of the planetary mechanism. The wheel and the solar gear of the planetary mechanism are connected to the drums, alternately stopping the drums is carried out on and off the drive. The brake tape of the firing drum connected to the sun gear is most susceptible to wear, as the drum is loaded with a torque of at least one third of the torque to the drive of the aggregated machine.Due to the design features of the existing control mechanism, the turn–on time is 1.5-2 times less than recommended for devices of this kind. As a result, there is an intense wear of the friction lining of the inclusion drum tape.Regulation of the control mechanism of adjusting screws is carried out untimely, as a result, the durability of the tapes is very low.To improve the durability and efficiency of the power take-off drive, a drive-on design is proposed by electromagnets.Applying force to the tape by electromagnets at four points, instead of one in the previous design, will improve the braking efficiency of the inclusion drum.It is possible to include electromagnets not at the same time, but with some time offset, with a gradual pressing of the tape, starting with the portion of the tape closest to the axis of its suspension. This improves the fit of the tape to the drum inclusion. In the transition from a mechanical drive to an electrical device, the control operation is eliminated, which reduces maintenance time, significantly increases the life of the brake belt and increases the efficiency of the power take-off drive.
providing technical services also requires providing quality assurance of these services. Results of leading experts' research in this field is not always available for engineers of agricultural companies, that is why there is need for development of a customer quality assessment method or a method of quality assurance by technical services suppliers. Project of machines and tractor fleet technical service system which included an assembly of interrelated and interdependent elements -processes running in machines, technologies of technical service, performers of technical service -is defined and directed by the aim of technical service which consists in maintaining operability of agricultural equipment, allows to create a method of quality assessment. The quality index represents multiplication of partial factors which take into consideration degree of correspondence of performed volume of works to the required volume, degree of correspondence of maintenance intervals to the required intervals, degree of conformity of repair and maintenance technologies to processes in subsystems; sufficiency of performers competence for implementation of repair and maintenance; sufficiency of range of works potentially carried out by technical service performers for maintenance of a certain types of machine-and tractor aggregates. The degree of correspondence of intervals can be ensured by meeting the requirements of standards and technical documentation. The volume of technical services works can be provided by involving a group of technical service performers. A variant of technical service performers' competence assessment method is suggested. Along with that an information system of technical service is developed which allows to state interdependencies determining quality of technical service.
The object of the study is the process of functioning of the working bodies of a rotary tillage machine, with the help of which the lifting and feeding of the soil cut by them to the loosening and separating device is carried out. The technological process of the machine operation is described with the cultivator points from the chisel working body installed in the front part of the pointed paw, which are located at an angle of 260 to the horizon and properly ensure the penetration of the working bodies into the soil. Using the method of variational calcification, the form of the minimum traction resistance cultivator points for lifting and feeding the soil to the loosening and separating device is justified. It was experimentally determined that a cultivator points with a theoretically justified profile has a traction resistance 38.7% less than a cultivator points with a straight profile. The relevance of the study is to ensure the minimum traction resistance of the working bodies for cutting and lifting the soil of a rotary tillage machine, which will make it possible to reduce energy costs for pre-sowing tillage. The target group of consumers of information in the article is designers, specialists engaged in the development of tillage machines.
