Fluorinated polyurethanes with a glass transition temperature as low as´139˝C and a decomposition onset temperature of 247-330˝C were prepared by a reaction of fluorinated alcohols with aromatic and cycloaliphatic diisocyanates in solution or melt.
Peculiarities of Cyclotrimerization of Perfluoroalkyl-and Perfluorooxaalkylacetylenes.-The cyclotrimerization of perfluoroalkylacetylenes is studied under various reaction conditions as a facile route to tris(perfluoroalkyl) benzenes. A plausible mechanistic path is proposed. -(BATIZAT, D. V.; GLAZKOV, A. A.; IGNATENKO, A. V.; YAROSH, A. A.; PONOMARENKO, V. A.; Izv.
Polyamides based on the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural derivative (2,5-furandicarboxylic acid dichloroanhydride) and diamines of both aromatic and aliphatic series were synthesized. The reactions were monitored by 1 H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The thermal stability, glass transition temperature, and intrinsic viscosity of the synthesized polymers were determined.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
