The sustainability of a high-tech business in a competitive environment which has been characterized by high turbulence is mainly due to its ability to adapt to changes that are already underway and anticipate future market transformations. Adaptability is a characteristic of an enterprise which gives by its management system. However, it depends on the state and degree of variability of the competitive environment. Despite the diversity of properties of the competitive environment, in our opinion, its complex characteristic that infl uences the ability of HTC to maintain stability to external changes taking place is turbulence, which has the property of mobility, complexity, uncertainty. Taking into account the analysis of the concept under study in physics and aerodynamics, we can consider turbulence to be irregular in time with the randomness of the fl uctuations of the parameters of the competitive HTC environment. Our methodology for evaluating of CSHTC is based on the principles of complementarily and congruence and is based on measuring the discrepancy between the planned and achieved results on the indicators that are crucial for the key product groups of a high-tech company. Testing methods carried out on the example of high-tech companies in the pharmaceutical sector of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation.
The development of diversification enables the enterprise to provide economic security, achieve competitive advantages and minimise the risks of its activities. The research in the article is divided into three main blocks: In the first, the theoretical foundations for substantiating the choice of strategy for diversification of the production enterprise were summarized. The second proposes a methodologyof technology of choice of production strategies for ensuring the safety of the enterprise activity. The third block contains the development of recommendations to justify the choice of diversification strategy:the mechanism of formation and realization of diversification policy of the enterprise is offered;the use of the peer review method to justify the choice of diversification strategy is clearly presented (possible directions of strategy of diversification of activity are identified and the most promising directions of strategy of diversification of activity of investigated enterprise are selected by the method of a priori ranking);developed the methodological foundations for managing the diversification strategies of an industrial enterprise, which is a necessary element of the systematic support of the strategy of diversification of the enterprise activity (proposed an integrated algorithm for managing the diversification strategies of industrial enterprises; a fragment of the matrix of the choice of the type of diversification was developed, based on the goals and motivational reasons;the hierarchical structure of the decision-making system for the choice of rational diversification strategy is proposed and the scale of values of confidence coefficients is developed
This article contains the consideration of the problems that usually accompany promotion of IT-products. The aim of the analysis is to determine the main factors that hampers the effective realization of IT-product promotion on Russian B2B and B2G markets. The research consists of determination of several groups of problems that highly affects promotion of ITproducts. Among them are problems that are closely related to the process of project management and a group of problems that are tied up with marketing constituent of IT-product's promotion. In addition to that we determined the group of problems deriving from the features of promotion in the sphere of information technologies, B2B and B2G markets. As a conclusion the author gives a list of recommendations that are supposed to increase an effectiveness of realization of IT-product's promotion projects.
Аннотация. В данной статье проведен анализ рынка возобновляемых источников энергии (далее ВИЭ) в России, проанализирована доля рынка, которую они занимают в стране. Рассматривается развитие данной отрасли, объем производства и потребления электроэнергии в России. Проанализирована суммарная мощность единой энергетической системы РФ (далее ЕЭС), рассмотрена выработка электроэнергии за 2018-2019 гг. Также проведен анализ двух систем поддержки производства электроэнергии из альтернативных источников на оптовом и розничном рынках. В рамках исследования были выявлены существуют меры поддержки ВИЭ, а также требования по локализации, так как российская промышленная политика с 2012 года пытается заменить импортные материалы отечественными. Были рассмотрены возможности применения технологий возобновляемой энергетики для России. ВИЭ могут внести огромный вклад в решение проблем по жизнеобеспечению в отдаленных районах, где нет централизованного энергоснабжения (ЦСЭ). На основе альтернативных источников энергии были выявлены возможности решения многих актуальных проблем.
