L'hémangiome intramusculaire (HIM) est une tumeur vasculaire bénigne touchant surtout l'enfant et l'adulte jeune. La localisation aux membres inférieurs est la plus fréquente, mais l'atteinte du pied est exceptionnelle, avec seulement quelques cas rapportés dans la littérature. Nous rapportons le cas d'un HIM des muscles interosseux du quatrième espace intermétatarsien du pied chez un patient de 24 ans traité par exérèse chirurgicale.
