Впервые в условиях интродукции выявлены оптимальные сроки посадки лекарственного и эндемичного растения Средней Азии Ferula tadshikorum из семейства Apiaceae Lindl. Результаты проведенного эксперимента подтвердили, что как у большинства интродуцированных растений, у Ferula tadshikorum наблюдается ускорение темпов развития. Принимая во внимание длительность естественного возраста Ferula tadshikorum, укорачивание его жизненного цикла при культивировании имеет положительный экономический эффект для быстрого получения сырья из подземных органов.
the paper presents the results of studying 58 peach cultivar-samples in the collection of the Russian Research Institute of Floriculture and Subtropical Crops for 12 years (2007-2018). the existing peach assortment was updated due to 10 selected perspective cultivars and clones: cultivars-'Springgold', 'medin Red', 'earley Blow', 'Summerset', 'Comanche', 'Fayette' and clones-'Ranniy Collins' ('Nicolai I'), 'Rannyaya zarya', 'Krasnaya zarya' and 'larisa'. In 2018, clone 'larisa' was included into the State Register of Selection achievements of the Russian Federation. the new presented cultivars and clones provide a fresh fruit conveyor for 2.5 months, both due to early cultivars ('Springgold') and later ('Fayette'), as well as cultivars and clones whose fruits ripen between the main industrial cultivars: 'Favorita morettini', 'Collins', 'Redhaven', 'Veteran'. the allocated promising cultivars and clones are the most productive with high commercial qualities of fruit, not very demanding for cold in winter and heat in spring, which are limiting factors for the successful peach cultivation in the Russian subtropics. the method of estimating the lack of cold for peach in the winter is specified.
Allium species of Melanocrommyum subgenus, belonging to different sections and affecting in various ecological and geographical conditions of Uzbekistan, have been studied. It is established that generative plants within a population differ on morphological features and parameters of seed growing potential, manifestation degree of which is in direct correlative dependence on the number of leaves per stem.It is shown that productivity of reproductive strategy is determined by various mechanisms, existence and manifestation degree of which is defined by belonging of explored species to a bulbous vital form and largely depends on their ecological confinedness.
В условиях интродукции в Ташкентском ботаническом саду изучены особенности семенного и вегетативного размножения 6 редких видов сем. Iridaceae, занесенных в Красную книгу Республики Узбекистан (2009) (Crocus alatavicus, Gladiolus italicus, Juno hippolyti, J. magnifica, J. orchioides и J. svetlanae). Показано, что наиболее лабильными оказались имеющие широкий ареал виды (Crocus alatavicus, Gladiolus italicus, Juno orchioides), менее лабильными – виды с узким ареалом (Juno magnifica) и эндемики Узбекистана (J. hippolyti и J. svetlanae).
