This study aims to compare the omzet between offline and online sales in the shredded fish business unit in Makassar. This research lasted for two months using qualitative and quantitative research types with a purposive method in sampling. This research uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques in data collection methods and acceptance formulas for calculating quantitative data. The data used in this study are primary data that is data obtained after conducting interviews with three shredded fish business units in Makassar, interviews conducted related to offline and online sales efforts conducted by each business unit and secondary data obtained from the results report sales and literature that supports research from three shredded fish business units in Makassar. Based on the results of the study showed an average offline sales turnover of Rp 3.772.000 and online sales of Rp 24.132.430, where offline only uses production sites and entrusted to sell in stores, while online uses the application WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Gojek, and Grab so that the wider market reach.

This study aims to discuss the culture and culture that are beginning to be eroded by gadgets as a product of the current development of globalization. The deterioration of culture is caused by addiction to the use of gadgets which at present, and has evolved into a very interesting item, one interesting thing is social media, the habit has developed into one of the phenomena that is continuously carried out all the time which has now become a habit. The method in this research is Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), which is a synthesis of systematic, clear, comprehensive literature studies by identifying, analyzing, evaluating through collecting existing data with a search method that involves a critical review process in selecting. studies. In this study, the researchers conducted data searches through websites, journal portals and some data from books. The result of this research is the occurrence of a moral crisis due to the impact of globalization. One of the developments in the flow of globalization towards culture is that there is westernization or a westernized culture which is the cause of moral crisis and eroding local culture.

The low quality of youth resources, the lack of optimal coordination between youth organizations and youth empowerment in Soppeng District so that researchers are interested in conducting more in-depth studies. This study aims to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the implementation of youth empowerment programs and formulate strategies for implementing the Soppeng District Youth and Sports Service Youth Empowerment Program. This study uses the SWOT-AHP method with the descriptive translation then tabulated so as to give birth to a choice of strategies that are a priority or more important. The results of the study found that the strength (S), weakness (W), opportunity (O) and threat (T) groups in the four groups were higher (S) with a value of 0.4958 compared to weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, for threats with the lowest value is 0.0719. The global priority of 16 statements from each strength (S), weakness (W), opportunity (O) and threat (T), the highest value is a 0.5300 statement of weakness (W1) while the lowest value is a threat (T4) 0.0609. The priority groups that are the focus of strengthening the Soppeng District Dispora include the highest value of the SWOT group (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) while the factors that have the highest common values are (Weakness, Opportunity, Threat and Strength). The implementation of the youth empowerment strategy program in Soppeng Regency run by the Dispora is inseparable from the influences of various aspects, both from strength and weakness (internal) and Opportunities and Threats (external). But the choice of the right strategy for Dispora or things that need to be strengthened from the four strategies ST1, ST2, ST3 and ST4, namely ST1 (SO). Awaken young people about the importance of empowerment can be carried out through seminars and provide training on the importance of empowerment, but the youth as objects and subjects must be aware of themselves that the future will be a legacy for them as a youth, especially youth in Soppeng Regency.
