Today, regional integration and globalization have added new dimensions to the problems of violence, religious extremism and terrorism that attract a lot of attention in the academic community of many counties. A polyconfessional and polyethnic state, Kazakhstan, where various trends of world religions are inevitably present, is especially aware of the problem of religious extremism. In these conditions, interconfessional relations as a guarantor of internal and external stability in our republic is one of its most important problems. This article presents the aspects related to the religious environment and threats of religious extremism in Kazakhstan and outlines feasible solutions.
О влиянии цифровизации общества на казахстанское образование М. С. Ашилова, А. С. Бегалинов, К. К. Бегалинова (Алматы, Республика Казахстан) Проблема и цель. В статье представлено исследование некоторых сущностных аспектов процесса цифровизации общества как необратимого глобализационного процесса и его влияние на казахстанское образование. Цель статьиопределить основные направления цифровизации общества, оказывающие влияние на развитие, модернизацию казахстанской образовательной системы.Методология. Методологию исследования составляют общефилософские методы: анализ, сравнение, обобщение, абстрагирование, диалектический подход, принцип историзма, ценностно-семантические, аналитические методы, системный анализ и др., которые позволяют рассматривать процессы цифровизации образования как социально-культурного феномена. Для достижения цели использован теоретический анализ монографических и методологических работ, посвященных проблемам цифровизации образования. Результаты. Представлено понимание образования как социального явления, как процесса индивидуального присвоения культуры, исторически сложившейся на всем протяжении человеческой истории во всем многообразии его форм. Выявлено, что содержание образования отражает состояние общества: от того, на каком уровне находится оно, зависит прогресс общества. Поэтому современное образование не может не испытывать влияния цифровизационных процессов. Акцентируется внимание на казахстанской системе образования в условиях цифровизации общества и рыночных отношений, на основе анализа программы «Цифровой Казахстан» обобщаются основные направления влияния интернет-технологий и информационных технологий на образовательную систему в целом и профессиональное образование в частности. Подчеркивается, что основные вызовы современного казахстанского образования диктуются постиндустриальным развитием мирового сообщества, для которого характерны возрастающая роль науки, техники, производства услуг, интернет-технологий и др. Заключение. Обосновано, что цифровизация общества влияет на развитие образования, диктует основные направления, приоритеты его модернизации. The views of prominent French philosophers-poststructuralists on the nature of cinema, television and their connection with the system of modern education are explored in the article. The main goal of the research is to answer the question: can modern media act as a teacher? Do they have a positive impact on the upbringing process, or do they harm it? Each of the thinkers presented in the article has its own point of view. However, together they bring a general idea of interconnection and interdependence of media and education system. The novelty of the article is a scrupulous study of this aspect in the work of French thinkers, analysis, synthesis of their ideas and concepts, and, as a result, determining the influence of modern media on both education system and overall development of society.
Introduction. The article presents a study of the significant problems of higher education in the post-Covid world and the urgent need to transform education in accordance with the requirements of digitalization. The purpose of the article is to describe the image of modern higher education in the post-Covid world, which presupposes the formation and development of the new type of thinking. Materials and Methods. Analysis of higher education in the post-Covid world involves the use of a number of general philosophical principles and research methods, such as comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy, dialectical, systemic, structural-functional methods, as well as value-semantic, competence-based and other approaches, including the global cultural concepts of B. Holmberg, S. Jarmon and others, which make it possible to construct the image of modern higher education in the post-Covid world. To achieve the goal, the authors have reviewed a number of international and Russian studies on the problems of digitalization of education. Results. The authors clarify the role and place of higher education in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, which spread widely around the world in early 2020, and has had a serious impact on the education sector. It has led to almost complete paralysis of schools, colleges and universities. The process, which, only at first glance, seems to be temporary, in fact causes serious fears of deep socio-economic consequences and a new round of the world educational crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the very foundations of education: its ability to exist. It seems that today it is important not only to rethink the problems of new digital, online and pedagogical possibilities of modern education, but also the very essence of education, its main goals and new mission. Reviewing recent research literature enables the authors to conclude that the education that was before the pandemic will never exist. The new type of education is being formed. Its nature, image, foundations, values and meaning depend on the efforts of modern researchers and teachers. This article has summarized the main trends in the field of education in the post-Covid world. Conclusions. The article concludes that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the development of the higher education system and highlights the need for its radical modernization. The authors emphasize that in the post-Covid world higher education will radically change its nature, content and forms. At the same time, it is necessary to adhere to a flexible synthesis in the development of innovative and traditional educational technologies and methods.
The role of universities under the influence of the massification of higher education, the development of the educational market and globalization is rapidly changing. In foresight research, the ideas of the future of the university range from the traditional model, in which universities continue to develop a full and critically thinking personality, to the idea of complete oblivion of universities, thrown overboard of history by massive online courses. At present, the main ideas of universities are in sharp conflict with each other. The conflict can lead either to the synthesis of ideas and the development of an updated model, or to the complete degradation of universities and their disappearance from human life. What are the prospects for higher education we take as the main goal of our research. The main methods of this foresight research are a descriptive method of future scenarios for the development of universities, as well as a philosophical analysis of each of the presented ideas of universities. The results provide an overview of the research literature, a description of the main models of universities, and a philosophical analysis of these models. The red line in the works of modern researchers is the idea of whether the modern university can transform, continue to fulfill its high social mission, move away from the market and break with neoliberal ambitions. At the same time, specialists offer their recipes for reforming universities, most of which consist in returning the lost humanistic, fundamental, spiritual foundations to higher education. This study will complement ideas about the future of higher education, the transformation of universities under the influence of globalization, market capitalism, and other factors. Its results will be useful to teachers of higher educational institutions, philosophers of education and everyone who is interested in the problems of higher education.
