This paper describes the possibility of using ntype germanium oscillistor sensors for the development nonelectric quantities measuring converters with frequency output signal. The experimental characteristics of magnetic induction sensors and force sensors are presented in the paper.
This paper describes the possibility of developing linear and angular displacement sensors with frequency output signal based on oscillistor effect in n-type germanium. Its advantage is high sensitivity and wide temperature range. Oscillistor sensor of angle displacement working on change the angle between electric and magnetic field has the sensitivity 1 kHz/°°. Sensitivity of linear displacement sensor is 2.5 kHz/mm in the range of 0-6 mm. The experimental results are presented in the paper.
This paper describes the possibility of using Gunn effect and oscillistor effect for the development voltage-tofrequency converters (VFC). VFC based on Gunn effect has the sensitivity (10-15) MHz/V. Sensitivity of VFC based on oscillistor effect depends on temperature and reached (20-25) kHz/V at temperature 77K and 120 kHz/V at 4,2K. The experimental results are presented in the paper.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
