Improving the methodological apparatus for monitoring and analyzing the potential of technological processes of industrial enterprises, based on the identification of the level of maturity of processes, is the primary task of achieving a competitive state. The article describes ways to verify the processes of the main activities of the organization, using fuzzy logic models and criteria for achieving the required level of automation.
The article presents the problems of managing the key performance indicators of the organization’s production processes. Various situations of terminological conflict and other issues of interpretation of indicators reflecting the effectiveness of management of production systems are considered. A model of automated information and control system and its decomposition of components for managing the goals and objectives of structural divisions is proposed.
The article describes the approaches to the analysis of drifting models of the functional properties of products or technological systems. Methods for analyzing the transitional states between modernization and degradation of the potential of a product or a technological system are described. Drifting models are based on the principles of functionally sufficient and functionally necessary states of products.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
