Stroke, in 2014 to mid-2015 is the first cause of death in Indonesia. The condition of stroke patients whose movements are limited is exacerbated by the psychic condition of patients who are unable to communicate pressure will cause obstacles to the healing process of the patient. This research is designed based on the five planes of user experience which are divided into five areas: strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, and surface. This communication board is operated using the patient's fingers so that it is comfortable for everyday activities. The result of Mobile Finger Communication Board implementation shows that application usability level seen from perception and ergonomic point of view shows satisfaction index of the user at the satisfactory level so that it can be said that the system works with the satisfactory result of the users. It is expected that with the Mobile Finger Communication Board which will be used daily to support the healing process of stroke so that the healing rate of stroke is increasing.

SLC has not been well documented so that in practice it is often applied differently by employees. Even though the company also wants to evaluate the performance and performance of the company. From these problems, a description and analysis of business processes are made using several diagrams, namely text form, rich picture flow, flowchart, and Business Process Model Notation (BPMN). The results of the analysis show that understanding business processes is easier to understand if it is modeled with a rich picture/flowchart/notation model compared to verbal / text. However, it is easier to analyze and evaluate in more depth when using the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN). The results of this business process analysis are expected to be implemented following the business reality to improve the performance and performance of CV. Abstrak - Proses bisnis sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan suatu perusahaan, tidak terkecuali pada CV. Siplho Corporation (SLC). Namun, proses bisnis yang terjadi di CV. SLC belum terdokumentasikan dengan baik, sehingga pada pelaksanaanya seringkali diterapkan secara berbeda oleh pegawai. Padahal perusahaan juga ingin mengevaluasi terhadap kinerja dan performa perusahaannya. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah gambaran dan analisis proses bisnis menggunakan beberapa diagram yaitu bentuk teks, alur rich picture, flowchart dan Business Process Model Notation (BPMN). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman proses bisnis lebih mudah dipahami jika dimodelkan dengan alur gambar/diagram alir/notasi model dibandingkan dengan verbal / teks. Namun lebih mudah dianalisis dan evaluasi lebih mendalam bila menggunakan Business Process Model Notation (BPMN). Hasil analisis proses bisnis ini diharapkan nantinya dapat diimplementasikan sesuai dengan kenyataan bisnis tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan performa CV. Sistem informasi arsip digital ini dibangun untuk DISPENDUKCAPIL Kabupaten Malang dalam menangani masalah pengelolaan arsip yang masih menggunakan proses pengarsipan secara manual. Proses pengarsipan tersebut banyak terjadi kendala-kendala sehingga membutuhkan banyak waktu dalam proses pengarsipan dan proses pencarian berkasnya lagi ketika dibutuhkan. Arsip-arsip ini sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan sebagai acuan data dari pengajuan kehilangan akta kelahiran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, sistem ini merubah sistem pengelolaan arsip secara manual menjadi arsip digital, sehingga dalam proses pencarian data lebih mudah dan cepat sehingga masyarakat yang kehilangan akta dapat mengajukan permohonan kehilangan akta secara online.

Sistem informasi geografis pemetaan penyebaran stunting ini dibangun untuk membantu pihak instansi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang untuk mendapatkan informasi penderita stunting di Kabupaten Malang. Selama ini untuk mendapatkan informasi keberadaan dari titik lokasi penderita stunting hanya sebatas pembicaraan oleh warga setempat sehingga terkesan lambat dalam melakukan tindakan penanganan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem informasi geografis (SIG) yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang penyebaran penderita stunting secara visual di Kabupaten Malang. Serta menampilkan penyajian informasi rute menuju lokasi penderita stunting. Peneliti menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk menampilkan geografis daerah dan menampilkan titk lokasi dari penderita stunting dan menggunakan model prototipe untuk perancangan sistem. Untuk pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian black.box dan User.Acceptance.Testing.(UAT). Dari pengujian black. box diketahui seluruh fungsi sisitem dibuat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Kemudian dari hasil pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) didapatkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata 92,26% yang artinya sistem bekerja dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh user di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang.
