The use of mobile learning activities in learning and teaching online course is an innovative educational technology in higher education. The study seeks to explore the impact of using WhatsApp mobile learning on academic achievement among nursing students at ILKKM Kubang Kerian (Kejururawatan), Kelantan. Methodology: This study involved a total of 49 nursing students who had been chosen by the "Purposive Sampling". The pilot study was done in order to determine the reliability and suitability of the questionnaires. Cronbach Alpha was used to determine the internal consistency of the questionnaires. The reliability value of Cronbach Alpha was 0.858. The methodology used is descriptive method and quantitative approach that is using the questionnaire instrument consisting of two parts, namely part A for respondent's demographic information and part B regarding perceptions of students' knowledge in using application of WhatsApp's in academic. Result: The findings revealed that 39 (79.60%) nursing students agreed that WhatsApp mobile learning were important in improving academic quality. However, 10 (20.40%) nursing students did not agree with the statement. The conclusions obtained from this study that majority of nursing students agreed that the WhatsApp mobile learning helps in improving academic quality. Conclusion: The research suggested that efforts must be done in improving the academic achievement in learning using WhatsApp mobile learning among the students.
