Hari ini, sepatutnya kepuasan para pekerja adalah merupakan matlamat utama sumber manusia ketika organisasi bergerak untuk mencapaiobjektif mereka. Pengguna atau pelanggan luar kebiasaannya adalah dianggap sangat mustahak dalam memastikan kelangsungan organisasi. Walau bagaimamana pun pada masa yang sama para pekerja juga adalah pelanggan yang penting kepada organisasi dan perlu diurus secara bijak. Jika para pekerja tidak berpuas hati dengan sistem pengurusan ianya akan memberi pelbagai kesan negatif seperti tekanan perasaan, malas, tidak hadir berkerja, penipuan, penyalahgunaan kuasa, rasuah dan lain-lain. Oleh yang demikian, artikel ini akan menyentuh pandangan cerdik pandai semasa tentang hubungan dan kesan sistem pengurusan kualiti menurut perspektif Islam sebagai alternatif model ketika berhadapan relaliti dan cabaran mendatang. Sistem pengurusanIslam yang secara semulajadinya lebih holistik perlu meletakkan prinsip asas sebagai panduan sempurna demi untuk memperbaiki sistempengurusan kualiti yang wujud di Barat dan Timur. Prinsip asas ini seperti nilai Insaniyyah, ciri-ciri Ihsan berasaskan nilai Tauhid,pengurusan berasaskan syura, budaya Istiqamah (komited) dalam setiap tindakan. Kesemua prinsip ini jika tertanam dalam setiap praktispengurusan tentunya akan mencetuskan kepuasan bekerja malah juga berhasil mencapai kejayaan hakiki(Al-Falah)dan diredai Allah (s.w.t)
This article discusses the concepts of contract in the perspective of Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) and its implementation in Sharia Capital Market, particularly in the issuance of Corporate Sukuk and State Sukuk (SBSN). The purpose of the study is to understand the concept of akad (contract) in Islamic perspective an its implementation in sukuk issuance, mainly related to the transfer of ownership from the sukuk issuer to the investor. This study reveals that the current practice of issuance of corporate sukuk in Indonesia is only based on two models of contracts, namely Ijârah and Mudhârabah contracts. In addition, the contract structure are also varied, depending on the type of the issuer business, the purpose of funding, and the choice of contract. In the future, the issuance of corporate sukuk should have a uniformed, standardized structure, while it still comply with syariah regulation.
