Blockchain which includes smart contract and tokenization features is the latest technology in the world, especially Indonesia. Smart contracts and tokenization make it very easy for users and can maintain valid data security, but there are still many universities that have not implemented the system so they have to involve many parties and costs. The problem taken in this study is the payment process for transactions such as credit and data processing that is vulnerable to illegal data leakage. This study aims to develop a smart contract system and blockchain tokenization in universities in the payment transaction process. The method used in this research is literature review analysis and testing method. The implementation of smart contracts and tokenization can replace third parties as security guards of transaction data with all Blockchain users paying attention and ensuring the integrity of the entire process and activity. This of course can avoid problems that arise from the presence of third parties in the transaction process. So it can be concluded that the implementation of smart contracts and Blockchain tokenization in payment transactions is the right solution to be applied in the payment transaction process at universities.
The progress of students learning outcomes have to evaluated and make monitor. Student learning outcomes were indicated by score of the exam. Educational institutions can determine the ability of students’ knowledge and competences based on student exam scores. For this reason, the goals of this research is develops an evaluation model of student learning outcomes. The model was developed using k-means algorithm and it has functions to analyze the student learning outcomes. The model was tested by conducted using 50 data exam of students, rapid manner software, and has implemented by the Python 3.0 programming language. The testing the evaluation model of student learning outcomes that were developed resulted: there are 3 clusters of student learning outcomes that are good, satisfying, and lacking. The tested results also showed that 40% of students had good learning outcomes, 44% of students were satisfactory, and 16% of other students had poor learning outcomes. The results of testing the student learning evaluation model can be used by the parties concerned to make decisions related to work programs or formulate steps that need to be taken to improve student learning outcomes.
Information service system currently has penetrated into the various elements one of which is college. Information service system has grown significantly with the increasing needs of customers for information. Of these needs we are required to always move forward and follow the development of information technology. However, the information service system ROOSTER there are some shortcomings that must be corrected to be the subject of research. Among the problems that there is a level of satisfaction of service performance Rooster. ROOSTER ("Role Online Ticketing System Raharja") is an information service by using the "online ticket" that the system is provided as a further container to accommodate question obtained operators iDuHelp!. This research data derived from questionnaires online (iSur) to the 20 respondents who had made at Rooster ticket. From the questionnaire online (iSur) concluded that the service Rooster effect on customer satisfaction. While customer satisfaction and trust are factors that affect the customer's intention to re-use the Rooster. The findings of this study indicate that overall customer satisfaction has a strong influence to re-use the Rooster.
