The purpose of this study is to determine the dynamics of implementing waste management policies through the waste bank innovation program in national policies. It also aims to determine the factors that influence it through a collaborative approach based on communication between community stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and the government in Makassar City and Bantaeng Regency. This is a qualitative-exploratory research study that uses a case study approach to delve into the research topic. The data collected were analyzed using the software Nvivo 12 pro to provide a systematic, factual, accurate, and in-depth picture of the implementation of waste bank program policies in eastern regions in Indonesia. The results of this study explain that the implementation of the Waste Bank Management Policy in Makassar City and Bantaeng Regency has not been run optimally, especially in the aspect of communication between stakeholders, including community participation. Although stakeholders and implementing agents have understood the intent and purpose of the waste bank program, socialization in the community is still considered less than optimal. Therefore, this research encourages local governments to implement effective and efficient waste bank program policies, with collaboration for every stakeholder in the area, to increase public and private participation.

The research done by using discount problem which specially created to explore student’s intuition, analytically, and interactively. In solving discount problems, researcher exploring student’s decision in determining their attitude which concern in the used of intuitively, analytically, and interactively. Result of this research showing that the student’s decision making in solving discount problem begin with their intuitively, then interactively and continued with analytically; afterward return to intuition, interaction and end up with analytical. Those three components (intuitively, interactively and analytically) repeated occur until obtaining result which is desire.</p>
Abstrak: Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam sekolah adalah kualitas pembelajaran guru. Kualitas pembelajaran guru yang sering terjadi berkaitan dengan lemahnya strategi guru dalam menyajikan materi pelajaran yang memperhatikan kemampuan dan bakat siswa. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mendampingi sekolah untuk membuat RPP dan melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode yang dilaksanakan dengan memberikan workshop penyusunan RPP berdiferensiasi dan melakukan pendampingan terhadap praktik pembelajaran guru pasca workshop. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setiap peserta telah mampu membuat RPP berdiferensiasi dengan baik dan dapat mempraktikkan pembelajaran yang berpihak pada peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil angket pemahaman guru sebelum dan sesudah workshop. Selain itu pemahaman peserta juga diukur berdasarkan umpan balik peserta workshop per mata pelajaran. Dalam melihat dampak implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam praktik mengajar, maka perlu mengetahui respon siswa. Hasil angket yang diberikan kepada siswa menunjukkan 92% siswa memberikan respon yang menyenangkan terhadap pembelajaran guru setelah praktik.Abstract: The problem that often occurs in schools is the quality of teacher learning. The quality of teacher learning that often occurs is related to the weakness of the teacher's strategy in presenting subject matter that pays attention to the abilities and talents of students. The purpose of this community service is to assist schools in making lesson plans and implementing differentiated learning to improve the quality of learning. The method is carried out by providing workshops on preparing differentiated lesson plans and assisting teacher learning practices after the workshop. The results show that each participant has been able to make well-differentiated lesson plans and can practice pro-student learning. This is evidenced by the teacher's understanding of questionnaire results before and after the workshop. In addition, participants' understanding was also measured based on workshop participants' feedback per subject. In looking at the impact of implementing differentiated learning in teaching practice, it is necessary to know the students' responses. The questionnaire results showed that 92% of students responded pleasantly to the teacher's learning after the practice.
Climate change issues pose complex social and ecological challenges to rural communities in East Luwu Regency, Indonesia. This can be overcome through a collaborative, sustainable, and distributed innovation process for regional resilience and independence in each innovation sector. This study examines the concept of rural living as an inter-organizational interaction design and the process of developing sustainable rural innovation, where multi-stakeholder interaction forms the Quintuple Helix innovation model through a multidimensional case study design that focuses on the concept of innovation participation, knowledge production, innovation ecosystem as a social subsystem system, and socioecological transition toward developing independent rural areas, sustainability of rural innovation programs, and disaster preparedness in East Luwu Regency. This research method is qualitative-explorative with a case study approach exploring the social and ecological systems of rural communities in East Luwu Regency, Indonesia to provide a deeper understanding of the rural innovation process to address socio-ecological challenges through the importance of government-public-private-university synergy and its context in the Magani and Sorowako Villages, East Luwu Regency. The results of this study indicate that the strength of the innovation driver resulting from the cooperation between the East Luwu Government and PT Vale Tbk is the key to the sustainability of village innovations that encourage village innovation and village community participation in the village innovation process so that it has an impact on village community independence and environmental sustainability in East Luwu Regency. However, village innovation in East Luwu Regency still needs to be improved in terms of communication and coordination between actors and sectors.
