Bisnis syariah telah menjadi suatu bisnis yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Bukan hanya dari pengelolahannya akan tetapi dalam menjalangkan bisnis syariah setiap para pihak yang berbisnis harus mengetahui dan memahami bahwa bisnis syariah merupakan bisnis yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan syariat hukum Islam. Dalam bidang bisnis koperasi syariah diartikan bahwa dilakukan secara bekerjasama dan tolong menolong. Tujuannya yaitu untuk memenuhi keperluan dari keanggotaannya tanpa bermaksud untuk mencari suatu keuntungan yang lebih banyak. Hukum bisnis syariah dalam Islam boleh dan halal selama tidak mengandung riba didalamnya karena sebagaimana yang kita ketahui bahwa mengambil keuntungan yang lebih banyak itu termasuk kedalam riba serta usaha haram lainnya. Adapun Landasan dan asas dalam bisnis syariah berupa landasan dalam asas kekeluargaan.
The aims of this study are: (i) to find out how the local community views the Je'ne-Je'ne Sappara tradition. (i) From this study, we can find out how the views of Islamic law are on the Je'ne-Je'ne Sappara traditional ceremony in Balangloe village, Tarowang sub-district, Jeneponto district. The type of this research is classified as field research or field research that is descriptive in nature with the research approach used: the syar'i approach, and the social/sociological approach. namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study will produce the following: (1) The je'ne-je'ne sappara tradition procession is carried out in the month of safar, which is when you enter 7 trips to 14 trips every year. It is held on the seaside of the village of Balagloe Tarowang for 7 days and 6 nights. (2) The people of Balagloe Tarowang strongly adhere to the traditions of their ancestors, people believe that when they do not carry out the tradition, they will get reinforcements or disaster, this act has violated Islamic law because they believe in something outside the provisions of Allah swt.Keywords: Tradition; Sappara; Islamic Law
BP4 merupakan salah satu lembaga mitra Kementerian Agama yang bertujuan mempertinggi mutu perkawinan guna mewujudkan rumah tangga sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah. Lembaga ini terbentuk dari tingkat nasional hingga pada tingkat kecamatan yang berusaha memberikan bimbingan dan nasihat perkawinan agar para suami istri dapat mengarungi bahtera rumah tangganya yang sejahtera, bahagia lahir dan batin. BP4 Kabupaten Gowa tidak dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya secara maksimal disebabkan berbagai kendala dalam menjalankan perannya. Kendala tersebut terbagi dua, yaitu eksternal dan internal. Kendala internal meliputi: tidak tersosialisai secara baik keberadaan BP4 di tengah-tengah masyarakat, dan terputusnya kepengurusan tingkat kabupaten dan kecamatan. sementara kendala internal meliputi: sumber anggaran yang tidak jelas, sumber daya manusia tidak profesional, dan belum memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang cukup. BP4 is one of the partner institutions of the Ministry of Religious Affair that aims to enhance the quality of marriage in order to create a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah household. This institution is formed from the national level to the district level which seeks to provide marriage guidance and advice so that husband and wife can sail the ark of a prosperous, happy, physically and mentally happy household. The BP4 of Gowa Regency cannot perform its duties and functions optimally due to various obstacles in carrying out its role. These constraints are divided into two, namely external and internal. Internal obstacles include: the existance of BP4 in the midst of the community was not being well socialized, and the breaking up of district and sub-district management of the institution. While, the internal constraints include: unclear budgetary resources, unprofessional human resources, and lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure

Witnesses who must be present must not come alone because they will be declared as accusers so the witnesses who must be present must come together. And the perpetrator of qadzf ikhtilath will lose his sentence if the accused person admits his robbery, so the one who gets the punishment is the person who is accused because he has admitted his deeds. To avoid the act of qadzf ikhtilath has been regulated in Law No.6 of 2014 on Crimes as a warning to the perpetrators not to hurt others and protect the community who are the victims of the accusation.
Muhammad Hasybi adalah seorang otodidak, ia menempu pendidikan hanya birkisar satu tahun lebih di bangku sekolah Al-Irsyad (1926). Terkait dengan hasil ijtihad Hasybi mennggambarkan keadaan fiqh ke-Indonesiaan dapat dilihat pada ijtihad Hasbi tentang zakat dengan mengacu pada pandangan Abu Hanifah yang berbeda dengan pendapat jumhur ulama – Hasybi bependapat bahwa mesin-mesin produksi di pabrik besar wajib di zakati. Pandangan ini cukup relevan dengan konteks pembangun negara yang membutuhkan banyak modal. Pendapat Hasybi mengenai zakat diserahkan kepada pemerintah untuk mengelolanya. Sebab, bagi Hasybi zakat tersebut sepaket dengan pengebangan untuk kemakmuran masyarakat, baik non muslim maupun muslim. Oleh karena itu, pungutan zakat seharusnya juga tidak hanya ditujukan kepada kaum muslimin, akan tetapi juga kepada kaum nonmuslim. Kemudian, prinsip zakat, yaitu diambil pada jenis harta yang berkembang, harta yang sudah cukup nishabnya, dan zakat harta.
