This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational climate on employee performance, analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational climate on organizational commitment, analyze the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, analyze the influence of indirect leadership style through organizational commitment to employee performance and analyze influence direct organizational climate through organizational commitment to employee performance. The research was conducted at Perum Pegadaian Branch East Bekasi involving 40 employees. Sampling research using probability sampling method and simple random sampling. Data analysis using path analysis. Based on data analysis known that there is a direct influence of leadership style on employee performance and direct influence of organizational climate on employee performance at Perum Pegadaian Branch East Bekasi. The result of organizational commitment variable analysis as an intervening variable can be proved perfectly that organizational commitment variable gives indirect influence on leadership style variable to employee performance and organizational climate variable to employee performance. This statement can be evidenced by the large indirect influence of leadership style on employee performance and organizational climate on employee performance through organizational commitment identified as an intervening variable.
Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang partisipasi masyarakat terhadap program bedah rumah warga miskin dalam program pemerintah yang disinergikan dengan PNPM Mandiri melalui BKM yang mengawasi UPL. Tujuan utama dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan situasi atau objek secara sistematis, karakteristik, akurat, tepat dan sesuai kejadian yang sebenarnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi literature yang dianalisis secara induktif. Ada empat indikator/tahap yang menjadi landasan penelitian ini yaitu tahap assessment, tahap alternative program, tahap implementasi program dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat di Kelurahan Silae masih tergolong rendah. Hal ini berdasarkan pada tiga dari empat indikator yang dijadikan acuan dalam penelitian ini dinilai masih belum maksimal. Peneliti menemukan bahwa masyarakat di Kelurahan Silae masih banyak berpartisipasi pada tahap implementasi program.
This study aims to examine and determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on assets on earnings per share with firm value as a moderating variable in various industrial sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The population in this study was 45 companies in various industrial sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016 -2018 period. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) had a significant effect on Earning Per Share, meaning that partially the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had an effect on Earning Per Share (EPS). Return On Asset (ROA) affects Earning Per Share (EPS), which means that partially, Return On Asset (ROA) affects Earning Per Share (EPS). Price to Book Value (PBV) as a moderating variable is proven to be able to strengthen the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Earning Per Share, this shows that Price to Book Value (PBV) moderates the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) against Earning Per Share (EPS). Price to Book Value (PBV) as a moderating variable is proven to be able to strengthen the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) on Earning Per Share (EPS), this shows that Price to Book Value (PBV) moderates the Return On Asset relationship. (ROA) against Earning Per Share (EPS).
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional marketing and marketing strategies on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction. This study uses an explanatory analysis approach, meaning that each variable presented in the hypothesis will be observed by testing the causal relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable. The population in this study were customers of PT. Nureka Bintang Abadi. While the sample used includes 60 company customers who make purchases. The results showed that emotional marketing had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Marketing strategy has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Emotional marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Marketing strategy has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The effect of emotional marketing and marketing strategies on direct purchasing decisions is smaller than through customer satisfaction. In this case, it can be said that customer satisfaction is an intervening variable.
This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge management and integrity on company performance through motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Kateloc Indonesia. The research sample was 283 employees. The data collection technique used questionnaires and data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that the knowledge management variable partially affected company performance. The integrity variable partially affects company performance. The motivation variable partially affects company performance. Knowledge management variables partially influence motivation. The integrity variable partially affects motivation.
The influence of knowledge management on company performance is 0.548. The effect of knowledge management on performance through motivation is 0.676 X 0.868 = 0.587. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, so it can be said that the motivation variable is intervening. The direct effect of integrity on company performance is 0.659. Meanwhile, the influence of integrity on company performance through motivation is 0.782 X 0.868 = 0.679. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, so it can be said that the work motivation variable is intervening.
