<p><em>Rice is a staple food for society.Rice consumption in Indonesia is relatively high compared to ASEAN countries,</em><em> </em><em>which is 114 kg/year</em><em>. </em><em>The importance of rice for the society leads the government to provide rice in order to avoid food insecurity due to lack of food supply. To anticipate the increasing needs of food, the projection of rice consumption demand in the future is required. This research was a descriptive research using quantitative approach. The aim of this research was to obtain the prediction or projection of rice consumption demand in Yogyakarta Special Region. Data of rice consumption demand were collected from Department of Food Security and Counseling Agency of Yogyakarta. Data were analyzed using trend analysis by projecting past trends using regression analysis model. The trend analysis shows that rice consumption demand in Yogyakarta is increasing, therefore the strategy is required to fulfill rice supply in the future by prioritizing the production in food production centers.</em></p>
<p>Indonesia, as a pluralistic country, has potentialities of conflict at anytime as frequent violence has happened in Indonesia. Therefore, pluralism value has to be early introduced to the students in order to make them accustomed to a democratic attitude, and in turn, able to live in the diverse society harmoniously. Education has an important role to instill pluralism and tolerance values to students. It is a strategic way to socialize the values of tolerance, moderation, respect, and empathy, and to develop an attitude for learners in responding to the pluralism. This study will qualitatively discuss the role of <em>pesantren</em> in internalizing pluralism values to students in responding to a diverse society. It focuses on how the curriculum is constructed, instruction is done for the sake of creating a school culture for holding education that addresses pluralistic values. This study shows that pesantren with a pluralism based religious education is an effective basis for internalizing the values of pluralism to perform tolerance and inclusiveness to prepare the students to live in a pluralistic or diverse society.</p><p>Indonesia, sebagai negara majemuk, memiliki potensi konflik yang bisa terjadi sewaktu-waktu dan hal ini bisa berujung pada kekerasan. Oleh karena itu, nilai pluralisme harus diperkenalkan lebih awal kepada siswa agar membuat mereka terbiasa dengan sikap demokratis, dan pada gilirannya, mampu hidup secara harmonis dalam masyarakat yang beragam. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting untuk menanamkan nilai pluralisme dan toleransi kepada siswa. Pendidikan merupakan media strategis untuk mensosialisasikan nilai toleransi, moderasi, rasa hormat, dan empati, dan untuk mengembangkan sikap bagi peserta didik dalam menanggapi pluralisme. Studi kualitatif ini akan membahas peran pesantren dalam menginternalisasikan nilai pluralisme kepada siswa dalam menanggapi masyarakat yang beragam. Studi difokuskan pada bagaimana kurikulum dibangun, pembelajaran dilakukan untuk menciptakan budaya sekolah dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang membahas nilai-nilai pluralistik. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pesantren dengan pendidikan agama berbasis pluralisme merupakan dasar yang efektif untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai pluralisme untuk memiliki sikap toleransi dan inklusivitas untuk mempersiapkan siswa hidup dalam masyarakat majemuk.</p>
The problems in employment was the growing number of Open Unemployment Rate (OUR). The open unemployment rate is a number that indicates the number of unemployed to the 100 residents are included in the labor force. The purpose of this study is mapping the data OUR in Central Java and the suspect and identify linkages between factors that cause OUR in the District / City of Central Java in 2014. Factors that allegedly include population density (X 1 ), Inflation (X 2 ), the GDP value (X 3 ), UMR Value (X 4 ), the percentage of GDP growth rate (X 5 ), Hope of the old school (X 6 ), the percentage of the labor force by age (X 7 ) and the percentage of employment (X 8 ). Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) is a method for modeling the response of the predictor variables, by including elements of the area (spatial) into the point-based model. This research resulted in the conclusion that the OLS regression models have poor performance because the residual variance is not homogeneous. There were no significant differences between GWR models with OLS model or in other words generally predictor variables did not affect the response variable (rate of unemployment in Central Java) spatially. However, GWR model could captured modelling in each region.
This study aims to determine the effect of prices on buying interest of Kawasaki motorcycles, and the effect of product quality on buying interest of Kawasaki motorbikes at STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta students. The population in this study were students at STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, so that the number of samples is 96 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using classic assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between prices on buying interest. This is evidenced by the results of the statistical test of the t test for the price obtained t value of 3.597 with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 (0.001 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.629 and there is a positive influence between quality product towards buying interest. This is evidenced by the results of the t test statistical test for the price obtained t value of 2.054 with a significant value of 0.043 smaller than 0.05 (0.043 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.339.
Sunan Kalijaga was known as a creative da’i in spreading da'wah. One of the media for his da’wah is a literary work entitled Suluk Linglung. In the Suluk Linglung manuscript, two da’wah strategies had been employed by Sunan Kalijaga, both of which were expected to be relevant if applied in Indonesia today, considering the many issues of radicalism. This research is a literature review. Data were collected by using documentation method through a research on Suluk Linglung. Therefore, to dissect the contents of the manuscript, the author uses qualitative research methods and Gadamer's hermeneutic approach. Finally, it suggested that Sunan Kalijaga used two da'wah strategies, Sufistic da'wah strategy and multicultural da’wah strategy. It is expected that the use of the strategies in the current da’wah can dismiss the radicalism movement. Therefore, it brings out the principle of da’wah that is gentle, friendly, and nurturing to people, or da'wah rahmatan li-l 'alamin.Sunan Kalijaga dikenal sebagai seorang da’i yang kreatif dalam menyebarkan dakwah. Salah satu media dakwah beliau adalah melalui karya sastra yang berjudul Suluk Linglung. Dalam manuskrip Suluk Linglung tercermin dua strategi dakwah yang pernah dilakukan oleh Sunan Kalijaga, yang keduanya itu diharapkan akan relevan jika diterapkan di Indonesia pada zaman sekarang meninjau banyak sekali isu radikalisme. Penelitian ini berjenis kajian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui penelitian manuskrip Suluk Linglung. Oleh karenanya, agar dapat membedah isi manuskrip Suluk Linglung, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika Gadamer. Adapun untuk teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Akhirnya, setelah melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwasanya dalam manuskrip Suluk Linglung, Sunan Kalijaga menggunakan dua strategi dakwah yang meliputi strategi dakwah sufistik dan strategi dakwah multikultural. Jika dua strategi dakwah tersebut diterapkan pada zaman sekarang, maka diharapkan akan berimplikasi terhadap gerakan radikalisme yakni menepis gerakan radikalisme. Sehingga, akan memunculkan prinsip dakwah yang lembut, ramah, dan mengayomi kepada mad’u atau dapat disebut sebagai dakwah rahmatan li-l ‘alamin.
