In higher education, there are many taxonomies or classifications. It needs more time and much resources to cover it. This paper trying to cover some taxonomies in higher education to make standardization. The taxonomy of Structure of the Observed Learning Outcome including first, second, third, third, fourth and fifth SOLO have been discussed. Furthermore, decision making in higher education is an important concern while the processes of decision-making involvement have been defined in six steps. In addition, the value chain, inbound logistics and operations of higher education has been discussed in detail along with integration in higher education. Quality assurance in higher education is examined. Additionally, open educational practices and reform in high education are considered. Besides, environment of learning and Decision Support Systems have also been depictured, along with data used in higher education. Taxonomy of cognitive domain is also analyzed as one of the fundamental taxonomies in higher education. Since important for modern world, instructional technology is described. Knowledge acquisition was also part of this paper.
Success can never be achieved without a wise leader who has mastered leadership arts to orchestrate all available resources (people, funds, knowledge, techniques and tools) into the correct path. On other hand, Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy has emerged and was seen by Governments, Organizations and Firms (GOFs) as way to increase products/services quality from acquiring raw materials up to the output final shape. TQM principles are extremely powerful to be applied in all GOFs aspects and business units. Therefore, GOFs start adopting TQM in each and every part beginning with the most important part of the chain which is the leadership. In contrast, GOFs were facing issues in finding out, recruiting or promoting people with leadership aura. Whereas, there are many employees within their entities who have the initials to be successful leaders, but unfortunately their talents are hidden and they never get a chance to liberate and show their endowment. This paper is proposing a process that will help GOFs to explore, build and manufacture high quality leaders. This process is named as Total Quality Leaders Manufacturing (TQLM).
IoT is a distributed physical network could support in various services, such as communications integration, control and information-processing via numerous transportation systems. It is an application extends to all aspects of transportation systems such as the vehicle, the infrastructure, and the driver or user. In this paper, we approach integration of Intelligent Traffic Management Systems and IoT from semantic service viewpoint. We create the architecture system of web services based on OWLS in IoT environment and describe the composition web service based on IoT. We have extended this web services to real-time extensions that can describe the application related to real-time management of the vehicle traffics. To validate our system, we proposed case study for Ambulance Vehicle. This case of study shows the use of the timing and extended real-time features for web service description and the related process ontology generated for OWLS technology.
