Jumlah kabupaten di Pulau Madura ada empat, sementara merujuk UU RI Nomor 23/2014 tentang otonomi daerah bahwa syarat pembentukan provinsi baru harus memiliki lima kabupaten atau kota. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh (1)Pemekaran wilayah Pamekasan sebagian besar memenuhi persyaratan dasar kewilayahan dan persyaratan dasar kapasitas daerah sebagaimana tercantum dalam UU RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2014, terkecuali pada aspek keuangan daerah yakni angka ketergantungan fiskal masih relatif tinggi (> 60%). Adapun yang mendasari perlunya pemekaran: selama ini masih terjadi ketimpangan pembangunan antara wilayah bagian utara dengan bagian selatan; laju pertumbuhan pembangunan Madura lebih lambat dari rata-rata kabupaten lain di Jatim; Madura memiliki kekhasan sosial budaya; potensi sumber daya alam, anggaran, dan sumber daya manusia di Madura bila dikelola dengan baik dapat menjadi modal penting bagi implementasi pembentukan provinsi Madura, dan wilayah yang paling siap untuk penambahan kota atau kabupaten adalah wilayah Pamekasan (2)Pemekaran wilayah pamekasan dapat diterapkan dengan membagi wilayah ini menjadi Kota Pamekasan dan Kabupaten Pamekasan. Plot untuk Kota Pamekasan bisa meliputi lima kecamatan: Pamekasan, Pademawu, Larangan; Tlanakan dan Galis. Sementara plot untuk Kabupaten Pamekasan meliputi delapan kecamatan: Proppo, Waru, Kadur, Pasean, Batumarmar, Pegantenan, Pakong dan Palengaan
Purpose: Students are expected to be able to improve the quality of education in schools and can have a real impact on student progress in terms of technology, administration, literacy and numeracy. Research methodology: Classroom teaching activities, helping to improve school administration, helping to adapt school technology, carrying out special guidance to improve the spirit of student nationalism, cultivating literacy before learning and improving social spirit Results: As much as 85% are able to use good technology while for the implementation of school administration it is in accordance with the achievement of the objectives Conclusion: Students are able to help students to be able to use existing technology well and in the implementation of school administration there has been significant progress. Many salt-farmers in Pademawu lived in the middle to lower economic class because they still produced bad raw-salt. This study aimed to arrange a new model of developing salt-farmers skill to produce a high amount of salt in better quality. Qualitative method was used in this study. The data presented were the result of interview and observation. The researher acted as a research intrument that went directly to the fielt to obtain accurate data. The data analysis technique used was domain analysis, which sought to analyze general descriptions of research object at surface level but relatively intact about the object of research. The result analysis of this study was targetted to obtain complete description of the object without mentioned detail elements of the object research. This research only discusses the development of salt farmer skills competency. This research was expected to give valuable contribution of model of developing salt-farmers skills.

The fourth teaches the implementation team to be able to work together in a group through Village Abdi and Social Work activities. The fifth positively contributes to the development of information, knowledge, and economy of the people of Dusun Karpote, Larangan Slampar. Methodology: This research method is socialization given by the Village Abdi activities and Social Work implementation team to the people of Karpote Hamlet, Larangan Slampar Kecamatan Tlanakan, and Pameka Regency. Results: The results of community service produce the output of public awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness. Second, to raise public awareness related to the dangers of Covid-19 and the importance of wearing masks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Third, with this activity, the community, especially school children. Fourth, farmers can make Bokashi so that manure waste can be processed optimally. Fifth, the community is helped by a cheap market and distributing necessities to the poor—Sixth, fostering public awareness regarding a sustainable economy through planting betel nut seedlings. Limitations: This service activity was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, so it has several limitations. Namely, implementing activities must pay attention to health protocols, including ensuring the number of participants is manageable. Contribution: This research contributes to helping the community raise cleanliness awareness, adds to the community's economy, and provides knowledge about sustainable development.
