ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis Paru telah menjadi masalah kesehatan yang utama di dunia dan angka keberhasilan pengobatan merupakan indikator yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan program pengendalian Tuberkulosis Paru. Pravalensi angka keberhasilan pengobatan di Jawa Timur pada tahun 2019 menempati urutan kesembilan (90%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi keberhasilan pengobatan berdasarkan karakteristik individu (Umur, Jenis Kelamin, Pendidikan, Pekerjaan), Tipe Pasien, Jenis PMO, Kategori Pengobatan, Keteraturan Pengobatan, dan Status Gizi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analisis deskriptif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan pengobatan pada pasien Tuberkulosis Paru. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dengan total sampel 67 pasien dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument checklist. Data ditampilkan dengan distribusi frekuensi dan tabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki (52%), hampir setengahnya berumur 56-65 tahun (28%), hampir seluruhnya memiliki pendidikan dasar yaitu Sekolah Dasar dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (78%), sebagian besar bekerja (69%), hampir seluruhnya merupakan pasien Tuberkulosis Paru baru (92%), sebagian besar memiliki PMO keluarga (73%), hampir seluruhnya merupakan pasien Tuberkulosis Paru dengan pengobatan kategori 1 (94%), seluruhnya merupakan pasien Tuberkulosis Paru yang menjalankan pengobatan dengan teratur (100%), hampir setengahnya memiliki berat badan kurang (˂18,4) (33). Kegiatan program pengobatan Tuberkulosis Paru dapat dipertahankan upaya keteraturan pengobatan bagi pasien Tuberkulosis Paru BTA (+), sehingga akan meningkatkan angka keberhasilan pengobatan pada pasien Tuberkulosis Paru. Objectives — This study aimed to examine factors associated with preventive behaviors of COVID-19 among Indonesian nursing students through The Health Belief Model. Material and Methods — A cross-sectional design was used in this study. This study was conducted in a school of nursing in Malang, Indonesia. A total of 112 undergraduate nursing students were recruited using convenience sampling. Data were collected by online-based questionnaires which were the demographic characteristics, questions about health belief model constructs, and questions about the preventive behaviors from COVID–19 during July 2020. Pearson product-moment was used to analyze the data. Results — This study found that cues to action have positive and significant correlation to preventive behavior of Covid-19. Perceive self-efficacy and perceive benefit have positive and significant correlation to cues to action. Furthermore, perceive self-efficacy also has positive correlation to perceive severity, perceive benefit, and has negative correlation to perceive barrier. Perceive benefit has negative correlation to perceive barrier. Conclusion — Cues to action was related to preventive behavior of Covid-19 among nursing student in this study. Therefore, the nursing student should improve their action in preventive behavior of COVID-19.
Physical activity is an important strategy for the management of diabetes type 2 mellitus. However, this recommendation is related to physical barriers. Diabetes mellitus type 2 patients showed lower scores in energy use, number of steps and duration of physical activity compared to healthy individuals. This study aimed to identify factors that affected physical activity among diabetes type 2 patients. A cross-sectional design was used in this study. This study was conducted in Kabupaten Tuban, East Java, Indonesia. A total of 105 diabetes type 2 patients followed the program Prolanis from the community health center. Data was collected using paper-based questionnaires, which were aslked the demographic characteristics, knowledge about physical activity, diabetes management self-efficacy, and international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ) during March to October, 2020. Ordinal logistic regression was used to examine the factors that affected physical activity of diabetes type 2 patients. This study found that complication, knowledge and self-efficacy have significantly affected physical activity among diabetes type 2 patients. This information is beneficial to develop nursing care interventions and approaches to increase the physical activity of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Diabetes merupakan gangguan multisistem yang berhubungan dengan komplikasi dan prevalensinya di seluruh dunia meningkat. Kualitas hidup mengacu pada persepsi individu seseorang tentang status fisik, emosional, dan sosial. Pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 memiliki tekanan yang besar untuk mengobati dirinya sendiri, dan mereka memiliki kualitas hidup yang lebih rendah daripada orang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psikoedukasi tentang aktifitas fisik terhadap kualitas hidup pasien diabetes tipe 2. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimental yang melibatkan 34 orang responden, masing-masing 17 orang pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol pada domain fisik (p-value 0,001, CI 0.74; 4.09) dan psikologis (0.003, CI 0.01; 3.45). Sementara itu tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada dua domain yang lain yaitu domain sosial (0,204, 2.19; 5.48) dan domain lingkungan (0.175, 0.71; 2.54). Psikoedukasi tentang aktifitas fisik memberikan peningkatan pada kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus.
