The equitable, prosperous, and independent village development that have not realized is the main problem of this study. The existence of Law no 6 of 2014 on Villages on the one hand is a hope but on the other hand becomes a challenge that must be built in a collaborative synergy between stakeholders or the elements of society in order to achieve the vision and mission of community independence and prosperity. In Karangpawitan Subdistrict there are several obstacles in implementing Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages. The obstacles are the lack of human resource who understands the laws, the lack of conducive communication, and complicated and unclear bureaucratic structure and disposition of the main duties and functions of each village officials which make the impact on nontransparent and unaccountable public service. The method research used was qualitative approach with case study. The data was collected by doing observation and deep interview with the informant. The data analysis technique was Edward III Model approach by analyzing the factors that influence the implementation of policies, such as: (1) Communication; (2) Resources; (3) Disposition; and (4) Bureaucratic Structure. The result of this research showed that there were several factors that should be improved and noticed in Dimension of Communication. The factors were goals and objectives, understanding and socialization form in order to achieve the goals and objectives that have been made. Furthermore, the Dimensions of Resources related to the competence of the village officials is the main problem and financial resources. The dimension of disposition is the character and characteristics possessed by implementers, such as lack of commitment, honesty, and ways of accepting the others’ opinions. The last is the dimension of bureaucratic structure. It is the task, principal and function of the village officials which have not been optimal. The purpose of this study is to find answers to the research problem posed, namely the implementation of the long-term cooperation strategy between suppliers and companies through supplier commitment factors with companies and supplier communication with companies that can improve the company's supply chain performance. The populations in this study are suppliers of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2020. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing questions related to research. Furthermore, in this study a theoretical model was developed by proposing 5 hypotheses to be tested using Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. The results showed that the function and existence of the antecedents of the Long-Term Cooperation Strategy have a high role in determining Supply Chain Performance. Based on the influence analysis, it can be concluded that Communication has a higher influence on Supply Chain Performance compared to Commitment.
The deficient absorption of government budget has become a problem that continuously occurred every year. It impacted on the delayed implementation and realization of activity programs that have been planned by the government in institution of ministry. The government has made several rules in state finances including its derivatives in order to encourage better budget absorption. The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of budget absorption in KPPN Garut, West Java. This study used a qualitative method with case study approach theory by Van Horn and Van Meter. There are six measured variables in order to determine the effectiveness of budget absorption. The variables are standards and objectives, policy resources, and activities between organizations and executive activities, specifications of administrative, economic, social, political parts and enforcement trends. The result of this study showed that based on six variables mentioned above, the budget absorption in KPPN Garut has not been effective.
Many cities in Indonesia try to develop and design effective strategies to create smart cities through innovation and technology. Bandung is one of the local governments in Indonesia which is known as the pioneer of smart city in Indonesia. The Bandung City Government has succeeded in developing innovative solutions to the quality of services in the public sector that are expected to be able to overcome the problems in the Bandung city so as to provide the best service to the societies effectively and efficiently, one of them by launching the application "LAPOR!". This study aims to identify society's acceptance and the factors that influence the implementation of LAPOR! as one of the smart city programs in Bandung City with the UTAUT theory approach. The research method used is a quantitative method, with a survey approach. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling with random sampling technique. A total of 400 respondents participated in filling out the questionnaire. Multiple linear regressions are used to test the proposed hypothesis. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that all the hypotheses proposed in this study are proven where Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, facilitating conditions have a significant and positive effect on the LAPOR's behavioral intention.
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya fenomena pencapaian program kamtibmas di wilayah hukum Polsek Wanaraja Polres Garut yang belum efektif, hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain karena belum optimalnya implementasi kebijakan polisi masyarakat dan masih lemahnya koordinasi Polisi Masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan teknik survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini anggota polisi Sektor Wanaraja, perangkat desa di wilayah Kecamatan Wanaraja dan Kasie Trantib Kecamatan Wanaraja. Jumlah populasi keseluruhan adalah 47 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Teknik analisis data untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian menggunakan metode analisis statistik dengan model analisis jalur (path analysis). Pengujian terhadap hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan polisi masyarakat berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap koordinasi polisi masyarakat dalam mewujudkan efektivitas pencapaian program kamtibmas sebesar 71,08 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencapaian program kamtibmas dapat dilakukan melalui implementasi kebijakan dan koordinasi polisi masyarakat
